- Financial security! Receive your refund, including the previously non-refundable deposit.
- This offer is applicable for all new sailings 2021 and 2022.
- Cancellations needs to be submitted no later than 90 days prior to departure for departures in January to September 2021, and no later than 180 days prior to departure for departures in October 2021 to December 2022.
- For cancellations submitted later than 90/180 days, regular Hurtigruten cancellation terms apply.
- If Hurtigruten cancels the voyage, you can get a full refund.
- Cancellation fee per guest:
Expedition cruises: 190 USD
Norwegian coastal cruises: 125 USD
REGULAR Cancellation T&C
Available from Sept. 2020
You or anyone in the booking have/has the right to cancel the booking at any time. All cancellations must be done in writing by the person who has made the booking. The cancellation is effective on the date that Hurtigruten receives the cancellation request. Please note: There is no refund on bookings that cost less than $1,340 (including taxes and additional charges).
Cancellation fees are calculated according to the following schedule for all other bookings:
90 or more days : 20 % of the total package cost
60-89 days : 50% of the total package cost
30-59 days: 75% of the total package cost
Less than 30 days: 100% of the total package cost

- We offer payment via the following methods: credit card or bank transfer.
- 20% deposit required to confirm the booking.
- 80% balance is due 90 days before your scheduled departure date.
- Encrypted credit card submission to Cruise Scandinavia parent company can be submitted here .
SECRET ATLAS

- Low 10% deposit to confirm the booking.
- COVID-19 interruption promise.
- Rebooking free of charge on any available dates. If you rebook for the following season Secret Atlas will honor the price you have paid. In the event you can’t find a new suitable date we will offer you a full refund.
- In the event that Svalbard is closed to tourists due to Covid-19 Secret Atlas will automatically reschedule your trip. In the event you cannot make your rescheduled date we will issue you a full refund.
- It is mandatory you take out your own comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking which covers you in case you have to cancel the trip yourself due to your own illness, injury or travel restrictions in place in your own place of residence.
- Secret Atlas has full confidence all their trips in 2021 will run as scheduled. They assure all customers booking a trip on board MS Togo will be rescheduled or fully refunded in the event of cancellation.
REGULAR Cancellation T&C

If you or any person that you are travelling with is forced to cancel your tour you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Once Secret Atlas has received a notification in writing your cancellation is effective, until this time it is not. In order to cover any costs incurred by your cancellation as we may be unable to resell your tour or the services that we have put in place costs and cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
90 Days or more – loss of deposit.
89 Days or less – 100% of entire cost.
